Ruttman Construction was founded in 1976 by General Contractor Bert Ruttman. The company incorporated its name to Ruttman Construction / Interiors, Inc. in 1981 as the firms services expanded. Kay Ruttman obtained her contractor’s license and joined the company in 1992.
